A meeeting of the Board of Directors of AIA Engineering Ltd will be held on September 24, 2013 to consider a proposal for the Amalgamation of DCPL Foundries Limited, a Wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Company with the Company and to approve the draft Scheme of Amalgamation under Section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
