Gir Nature View Resorts Limited to merge with Netvista Information Technology Ltd

The Board of Directors of Netvista Information Technology Ltd at its meeting held on August 26, 2013, has approved the scheme of arrangement between Gir Nature view Resorts Limited and Netvista Ventures Limited (Formerly Netvista Information Technology Limited which includes reduction of capital of Netvista Ventures Limited by 90% and merger of GNVL into NVL.

The Board has approved the swap ratio of 2.7:1 towards the consideration for merger.

Shares of Netvista Information Technology Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.3.30, up by Rs.0.05 or 1.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.30 and low of Rs.3.30.

The total traded quantity was 500 compared to 2 week average of 858.
