Thirumalai Chemicals Board recommends 90% dividend

Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of Dividend at the rate of Rs 9/- per share (90%) for the year ended March 31, 2007.
