Punjab Chemicals Board to recommend dividend

Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2007, to consider and approve the following:

1. Approval of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of the dividend, if any, for the financial year 2006-07.
