Zen Technologies Board recommends 20% dividend

Zen Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2007, inter alia, has recommended 20% dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
