Unitech Board to recommend dividend

Unitech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and approve Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and take on record Audited Financial Results for the said year.

2. To consider recommendation of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.
