DCW Board recommends 5% final dividend

DCW Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Recommended payment of final dividend of 5% i.e. Rs 0.10 per equity share of Rs 2/- each.

2. Decided to issue 1,95,00,000 warrants on preferential basis to a Company in the promoter group. Each warrant will be converted into one equity share of Rs 2/- at price as will be fixed in terms of SEBI Regulations.

Further, the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company has also decided to hold Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 29, 2007 for approval of Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and declaration of Final Dividend.
