Orbit Exports files Draft Letter of Offer with SEBI for Rights Issue

Orbit Exports Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2007, has approved the Draft Letter of Offer for the Right Issue to be filed with the Stock Exchange and Securities and exchange Board of India (SEBI).

The stock closed the day at Rs.10.40, up by Rs.0.50 or 5.05%. The total traded quantity was 200 compared to 2 week average of 505. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.40 and low of Rs.9.70.
