Dalmia Cements approves merger of Dalmia Cement Meghalaya Ltd with OCL India Ltd

Dalmia Cements Bharat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2007, inter alia, has considered and approved the Scheme of Arrangement involving merger of the Company's wholly Owned subsidiary, Dalmia Cement (Meghalaya) Ltd and OCL India Ltd within the overall Scheme of Reorganisation of the business of OCL India Ltd.

The stock closed the day at Rs.337.50, down by Rs.1.50 or 0.44%. The total traded quantity was 3405 compared to 2 week average of 2529. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.344.90 and low of Rs.330.30.
