BOC India Board recommends 25% dividend

BOC India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 25% for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and the dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid to the members entitled thereto.

The stock closed the day at Rs.138.55, up by Rs.0.55 or 0.40%. The total traded quantity was 46042 compared to 2 week average of 39168. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.143 and low of Rs.137.75.
