United Credit ceases to be holding company of United Nanotech Products Ltd

With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 10, 2007, United Credit Ltd has announced that United Nanotech Products Ltd has informed the Company on May 18, 2007 that they have allotted 2,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to NEI Corporation. U.S.A. Upon such allotment to NEI Corporation, U.S.A, the Company is ceased to be the Holding Company of United Nanotech Products Ltd.
