Tata Coffee Board to recommend dividend

Tata Coffee Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Annual Accounts / Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and recommend dividend, if any, on the Equity Share Capital of the Company.
