Deepak Fertilisers Board recommends 30% dividend

Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend of 30% on equity shares of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2007.
