Repro India Board to recommend dividend

Repro India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company, for the year ended March 31, 2007.
