Silktex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 09, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider the recommendation of dividend for the year 2006-07.
