Shilpa Medicare Board declares 20% interim dividend

Shilpa Medicare Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2007, inter alia, has decided to pay an Interim Dividend @ Rs 2/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each (i.e. 20%) for the financial year 2006-07.
