Rain Calcining Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommend dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial year ended March 31, 2007.
