Genesys International equity shareholders & creditors to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Genesys International Corporation Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, the separate meeting of the Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the Company will be held on June 11, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and GI Engineering Solutions Ltd.

The stock closed the day at Rs.19.65, down by Rs.0.85 or 4.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.50 and low of Rs.19.50. The total traded quantity was 7778 compared to 2 week average of 6211.
