Alkyl Amines Board recommends 22% dividend

Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.20 per equity share of Rs 10/- each and dividend of Rs 6/- on Preference Shares of Rs 100/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders.

The stock was trading at Rs.114.50, up by Rs.3.05 or 2.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.116.85 and low of Rs.112.05. The total traded quantity was 14293 compared to 2 week average of 8736.
