Siel Ltd and Mawana Sugars Ltd have announced that the companies have filed application with the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi for convening of Court convened meetings of Shareholders and Creditors of the Company to consider the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company & Mawana Sugars Ltd.

Mawana Sugars was trading at Rs.37, down by Rs.1.05 or 2.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.38.50 and low of Rs.37. The total traded quantity was 223202 compared to 2 week average of 124199.
