Shanthi Gears Board recommends 100% dividend

Shanthi Gears Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2007, inter alia, has recommended 100% Dividend subject to approval of Shareholders.

The stock was trading at Rs.73, up by Rs.2.85 or 4.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.74.80 and low of Rs.68.30. The total traded quantity was 46569 compared to 2 week average of 8146.
