Bajaj Electricals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Accounts for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of Dividend, if any.

3. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and the year ended March 31, 2007.

4. Issue of Bonus Shares.

5. Proposal for Employee Stock Options.
