Usha International Board to recommend dividend

Usha International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend, if any, to the Shareholders for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.
