Network signs agreement with Hanowa Ltd, Switzerland

Network Ltd has announced that the Company has signed an agreement with "HANOWA LTD" of Switzerland as Sole Distributor for Watches in Indian Domestic Market. This move will enhance the Company's existing Lifestyle products of Swiss Military, Alpine Club and Wenger in terms of variety, design innovation & price structure. The Company agreement with 'Hanowa Ltd' of Switzerland commenced on May 01, 2007 and is initially for a period of one year, which shall be further worked out into an 'Exclusive Agency Contract' based on minimum turnover guarantee for a period of three years as per the terms of the agreement signed between the two.

Swiss Military Hanowa is a 'brand with tradition' and has achieved worldwide success. The Watches are highly fashionable, sporty and of affordable top quality made in Switzerland. All watches are waterproof (water-resistant) to at least 5 ATM (50 meters) some tested at 10 ATM to 20 ATM, very robust and are fitted with a special scratch-proof sapphire glass or mineral crystal glass of 5mm. All watches carry a 2 year warrantee and 4 year battery life warrantee; have luminosity, night readability, high precision, elapsed time measurement (with chronographs), long life, quartz movements or battery-free automatic movements and solid stainless steel made cases. Despite all these useful and helpful features, "Swiss Military-Hanowa" models are none the less aesthetically very attractive and set the trend in design and variety and offer the largest and always evolutionary collection of its kind.

The stock was trading at Rs.30.25, up by Rs.1.40 or 4.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.30.25 and low of Rs.29.30. The total traded quantity was 23987 compared to 2 week average of 8398.
