Dabur India Ltd has announced the Audited results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2007. The results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007: The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 657.00 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 502.20 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Total Income is Rs 4462.70 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 3348.40 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006.
The results for the Year ended March 31, 2007: The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 2520.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 1890.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Total Income is Rs 17945.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 13750.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2006.
The consolidated results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007: The Group has posted a net profit after minority Interest of Rs 769.10 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 499.60 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Total Income is Rs 5835.80 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 4821.20 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006.
The consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2007:
The Group has posted a net profit after minority Interest of Rs 2830.40 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 2141.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Total Income is Rs 22596.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 19129.40 million for the year ended March 31, 2006.
The Audited Consolidated results as per US GAAP for the Year ended March 31, 2007: The Group has posted a Net Income of Rs 2708.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 2190.40 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Revenues is Rs 20348.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 17199.70 million for the year ended March 31, 2006.
Consequent to the merger of three subsidiaries namely Balsara Home Products Ltd, Balsara Hygiene Products Ltd and Besta Cosmetics Ltd with the Company retrospectively from April 01, 2006, the current period / year reflect post merger figures and hence are not comparable with figures of previous period/year.
