Bhagyanagar India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Recommendation of dividend for the year 2006-07.

2. Take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.
