Jaybharat Textiles Board recommends 5% dividend

Jaybharat Textiles & Real Estate Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 5% on fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 07, 2007 to June 09, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on June 09, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.187.45, up by Rs.3.50 or 1.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.187.45 and low of Rs.183.65. The total traded quantity was 10563 compared to 2 week average of 9644.
