Dabur Pharma Board to recommend final dividend

Dabur Pharma Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 17, 2007, inter alia, for considering and adopting the Annual audited Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and for recommending final dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007.
