Emco Board to recommend dividend

Emco Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To take on record the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, to the Shareholders.
