Garware Wall Ropes Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 25% on Equity Share Capital (Rs 2.50 per share on 2,07,14,350 Equity Share of Rs 10/- each)
