ICRA subsidiary ICTEAS forms US subsidiary

ICRA Ltd has announced that M/s ICRA Techno Analytics Ltd (ICTEAS) is one of the subsidiaries of the Company. ICTEAS has got its subsidiary incorporated in the United States of America with the name ICRA Techno Analytics, Inc on April 16, 2007 pursuant to the New Jersey Business Corporation Act, USA. The new Company has been incorporated for the purpose of information technology services and products, engineering services, business and knowledge process outsourcing, management consulting services, research and information services, publication and for any lawful purpose.
