Geometric Software acquires stake in Modern Engineering Inc

Geometric Software Solutions Company Ltd has announced that Geometric Software Solutions, Inc., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, has acquired 10,000 shares, being 5% of the capital of Modern Engineering, Inc.

After this acquisition Modern Engineering, Inc. has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Geometric Software Solutions, Inc.
