Sterlite Industries treats interim dividend as final divided for the year

Sterlite Industries India Ltd has announced that the Company has paid Interim Dividend @ 200% (Rs 4/- per share; face value of Rs 2/- each) aggregating to Rs 254.73 crore (including dividend distribution tax) which was declared in their meeting held on November 15, 2006. The Directors has recommended the same as final dividend for the year.
