Rasoya Proteins Board recommends final dividend

Rasoya Proteins Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend @ 12.5% i.e. Rs 1.25 per Equity Share.

The stock was trading at Rs.122, up by Rs.1.25 or 1.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.124.80 and low of Rs.121.50. The total traded quantity was 59904 compared to 2 week average of 133736.
