Karnataka Bank Board to recommend dividend

Karnataka Bank Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and also to recommend dividend on the equity shares for the said period.
