Pratibha Industries Board to recommend dividend

Pratibha Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007, to consider the declaration of dividend, further issue of share capital, holding of AGM etc.
