Shiva Suitings approves amalgamation of Shrijee Cotton Mills Ltd

Shiva Suitings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company and its Members and Shrijee Cotton Mills Ltd and its Members for the Amalgamation of Shrijee Cotton Mills Ltd with the Company.
