Fire in Kalpataru Power Power Plant at Rajasthan

Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has announced that there was a fire in the Company's 7 M.W. (net) Biomass based Power Plant at Uniara District, Rajasthan on April 26, 2007. The Company is making all efforts to control the same and things are under control now. The plant is insured. The actual damage and shut down period will be known in due course only. There is no human calamity.
