Khaitan Chemicals Board recommends 18% dividend

Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 18% for the year 2006-2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.52.70, up by Rs.2.20 or 4.36%. The total traded quantity was 309 compared to 2 week average of 2260. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.54.50 and low of Rs.51.10.
