Electrotherm India Board to recommend dividend

Electrotherm India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider and approve the Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider recommendation of dividend on Equity and Preference Shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.
