Gateway Distriparks Board approves 1:4 bonus issue

Gateway Distriparks Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, has proposed issue of bonus shares (One Equity share for every four existing equity shares held in the Company on the record date), Subject to the approval of the members of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.175.10, down by Rs.2.30 or 1.30%. The total traded quantity was 76628 compared to 2 week average of 96109. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.178.30 and low of Rs.173.55.
