Bengal Tea & Fabrics Board recommends 10% dividend

Bengal Tea & Fabrics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1/- per share (10%) to equity shareholders of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Further the Company has informed that, there is no variation between the projected utilization of Funds as mentioned in the Letter of Offer and the actual utilization of funds amounting to Rs 600.40 lacs raised through the Rights Issue. The end use of entire fund of Rs 600.40 lacs raised through Rights Issue has been achieved.
