PTC India Board recommends 10% dividend

PTC India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 10% on 15,00,00,000 fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.58, down by Rs.0.50 or 0.85%. The total traded quantity was 50394 compared to 2 week average of 125060. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.59.20 and low of Rs.57.65.
