Ador Welding Board recommends Rs.12 dividend

Ador Welding Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend for the year 2006-07 at Rs 12/- per share (i.e. 120% of the face value of Rs 10/- each).

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.232.90, down by Rs.1.85 or 0.79%. The total traded quantity was 13004 compared to 2 week average of 15894. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.238.95 and low of Rs.232.
