HCL Infosystems Ltd approves 3rd interim dividend of 100%

Hcl Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on April 27, 2007, have approved the payment of 3rd interim dividend @ 100% on the paid up share capital of the Company for the year 2006-2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.145.15, up by Rs.10.35 or 7.68% compared to its previous close of Rs.134.80. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.147 and low of Rs.136. The total traded quantity was 348954 at an average price of Rs.141.70 resulting in a turnover of Rs.494.47 Lakhs.
