FDC terms stake sale news as false and baseless

FDC Ltd has clarified with reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Pharma Back on M&A Street, FDC Owners in Talks to Exit", that the above news is completely false and baseless.

The FDC Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.97.80, up by Rs.9.50 or 10.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.105.95 and low of Rs.90.

The total traded quantity was 25.25 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.67 lakhs.
