Aircel Pocket Internet Games Flash mob 'Brings to Life' Express Avenue Mall in Chennai

Aircel in collaboration with DDB Mudra Max organized an 'exhilarating and exciting' Flash mob at the Express Avenue Mall to promote their newly launched Pocket Internet Games card.

The flash mob was executed in a rather unique style. Instead of the normal dance and music performance, the crowd got to witness live gaming activities such as Boxing and Football. The event started with two men clad in long white shirts and dhotis appearing in the center of the mall and getting into a mock heated argument in 'Tamil', there by catching the attention of the people at the Mall.

Next minute, the Rocky theme song was played and the two men changed into their boxing attire - Blue and Red shorts. There can never be a match without a referee, so one person jumped in to the scene while four bouncers cordoned off the area, to form a boxing ring! The referee finally announced the winner of the match. This was followed by the new TVC track being played and the promoters holding up placards which read "For limitless gaming and some real action grab, the Aircel Limitless Pocket Gaming Card!"

This activity was then followed by the 'FIFA' game. A football was thrown into the center with the dribbling sound being played in the background. A man appeared showing off his expertise in the game and slowly we saw lot more people joining him to form two teams. A friendly 1 minute soccer match was played.
