Harrisons Malayalam Board to recommend dividend

Harrisons Malayalam Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of dividend.

The stock was trading at Rs.70, up by Re.0.55 or 0.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.71 and low of Rs.68. The total traded quantity was 6460 compared to 2 week average of 12592.
