Sql Star International to close acquisitions, revenue set to increase 6 fold

Sql Star International Ltd on April 16, 2007, has announced its intent to close the acquisition of TalentFuse, Inc ("the Target") on April 30, 2007. This acquisition will grow the Company's revenue base in FY '08 (year ending March 31, 2008) by 9M USD.
A second acquisition, set the close shortly, will add another 30M USD to the Company's revenue base.
The acquisition bring with them an impressive list of fortune 500 customers in growing industry verticals such as life sciences, banking and financial services, wireless technologies, medical equipment manufacturers, and leading edge internet portals, and over 400 top notch IT professionals joining the Company's workforce.
These two acquisitions will fold into the Company's wholly owned US Subsidiary SQL Star International, Inc.
The Company's international operations in FY '08 (year ending March 31, 2008) as result of these acquisition will grow the Company's revenues by 600%, and net income by 590%.
These two acquisition will make SQL International Inc. the # 1 pure play IT services provider in Southern California and top 10 in all of California. These acquisitions in conjunction with its portfolio of comprehensive Enterprise IT offerings make the Company fiercely competitive, allows it to better serve its customer, while moving up the IT services value chain. Substantial cost and revenue synergies are expected to materlize given that the target companies' operations are entirely in North America. The Company will deliver a more compelling value proposition to its customer base, with its strong portfolio of blended off site and onsite IT consulting service offerings, by fully leveraging its offshore development centers.
The Company is working on executing an integration strategy to leverage its impressive customer base and cross sell to them its existing portfolio of niche Enterprise IT solutions.
The principals of the two target companies will join the Company's executive management team and strengthen the depth of its managerial talent.
Post acquisition, SQL Star International, Inc. will have a strong regional presence in the west coast in California (offices in san Diego & Santa Clara) and in the East Coast (in Chicago & New Jersey).
