Todays Writing Board recommends 10% dividend

Todays Writing Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend @ 10% per equity share of the Company for the financial year ended December 31, 2005.
